Managed AI agents for small operations

AI agents that take over the repetitive admin work your team drowns in.

Inbox triage, order chasing, morning reporting: handled by an agent we build, run, and keep tuned for you, for a flat monthly fee that covers support, updates, and ongoing tuning.

You don’t buy software. You rent a reliable digital worker, with a human accountable for it.

No pitch deck, no obligation, just a look at which recurring headache is worth handing off first.

Every agent we run is

  • Bounded: limited permissions, set in writing before it starts.
  • Supervised: a human approves anything customer-facing.
  • Audited: a full log of every action it takes, reported monthly.

Who this is for

Built for operations that run on email, spreadsheets, and memory

Small distributors, trades, and service businesses (roughly 10–75 staff) whose office runs on a busy shared inbox, and who have no IT department to build or babysit AI tools.

Built for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (email, calendar, and files), plus one system of record per client: accounting, CRM, or your industry tool.

  • Data residency, honestly: on the Microsoft route, your data stays in your own tenant, stored in Canada. Microsoft doesn’t guarantee every processing step happens in-country. If a project requires that, we test it in discovery, before anything is built.

Anything beyond the standard setup is scoped in discovery, and sometimes the honest answer is no.

The honest fit test

The economics have to work, and we’ll say so when they don’t. If the time handed back isn’t worth at least twice the monthly fee, it’s the wrong tool.

If one person can clear the inbox in a few minutes, an agent is overkill. A Copilot licence is enough. Discovery is where we do that math with you, before any pilot is sold.

The starter agents

Three places the admin pile-up usually starts

Most clients begin with one. Each is built around your inbox, your systems, and your voice, then supervised and tuned every month.

Inbox Triage & Drafting

Reads the shared inbox, sorts what matters, drafts replies in your voice, and files the rest, so staff open their day to a sorted inbox instead of a pile.

Drafts only: nothing sends without a human tap, until you say otherwise.

Order Status & Follow-Up Chaser

Tracks open orders and commitments, flags what’s late or gone quiet, and drafts the follow-up, so staff just approve and send instead of chasing threads from memory.

Nothing chases a customer without a person approving it first.

Morning Ops Brief

One short report before the day starts: what’s shipping, what’s short, what’s overdue, who needs a call. Built from your own systems, not a generic dashboard.

Read-only by design: it reports; it doesn’t change your systems.

Operators, not chatbot salesmen. We come from running operations, and every agent is set up the way a careful new hire would be: clear scope, clear limits, and someone accountable for its work.

Also available: Collections Chaser · Invoice Intake · Document Intake & Filing · Lead First-Response · Review Request Chaser · Workbook Agent.

Why monthly

Agents aren’t install-and-forget

Your product lines change, staff turns over, workflows drift, and the models improve. A tool you install once quietly falls behind all of that.

The monthly fee covers monitoring, tuning, updates, and support: the ongoing work that keeps the agent earning its keep as your business changes around it.

A licence isn’t the same thing. A Copilot licence gives your staff a tool each of them has to remember to drive. This is the work done: built, supervised, tuned, and reported on every month.

Pricing

Flat, published, per agent

Two numbers, no tiers to decode. Start with the pilot, and decide on the numbers once discovery has set the scope.

Setup: one time, per agent

$750–$1,500

Discovery and build: mapping the workflow, setting the agent’s permissions and limits, and testing it against your real inbox and systems before it goes live.

Monthly: per agent

$399–$799 / month

Depending on scope. That’s our fee, all-in: monitoring, tuning, updates, support, and the monthly report card.

One honest pass-through: on the Microsoft route, the agent’s usage runs on Microsoft Copilot Credits, billed by Microsoft directly to you at their current rates. Typically one shared credit pack covers the first agent or two. We size it during discovery and review consumption with you monthly, so it never lands as a surprise.

The pilot

Prove it on one agent, in 60 days

No big commitment up front. One agent, a written scope, and success measured in plain numbers, then you decide.

60 days, one agent

A single starter agent, running on your real work, long enough to judge it on results, not a demo.

Written scope, agreed before starting

What the agent may do, what it may never do, and where a human approves, in writing, before we start.

Measured weekly

Success is hours handed back and errors caught, agreed up front, reported weekly.

A clean ending, either way

If it doesn’t earn its keep, it ends cleanly: your data stays in your systems, nothing is held hostage.

A pilot isn’t a smaller version of the sales pitch: it’s the product, on trial. You’ll see the drafts it writes, the follow-ups it catches, and the brief it sends, on your own operation, with your own people approving its work.

At the end of 60 days there are only two honest outcomes: the numbers justify continuing, or they don’t and we switch it off. Either way you keep everything it produced.

One flat pilot fee, set after discovery

The fee depends on which agent and how much setup your systems need, so it’s set once we’ve seen the work in discovery, quoted in writing before the pilot starts, with no surprises after.

Bounded and audited

Agents that can’t go rogue, and can show their work

That’s the whole point. Every safeguard below is part of the standard setup, not an upgrade.

Limited permissions

Each agent can only reach the inbox, files, and system it was set up for, nothing else in your business, by design.

Approval checkpoints

Anything customer-facing waits for a human tap. Drafts, flags, and briefs are the agent’s job; sending is yours.

A full action log

Every action the agent takes is logged, and the log is yours, reviewed in the monthly report card and available any time.

One hard line, in writing

The agent never touches your professional work product: no reports, no drawings, nothing sealed or signed. Professional judgment stays human, always.

Clean exit, in writing

If you ever end the service, the agents switch off, your data and exports come back to you, and our access is revoked. Your business is never held hostage by its own tools.

The next step is a 30-minute conversation

Tell us which of your team’s recurring headaches is worth handing off first. We’ll do the fit math with you, and say so plainly if an agent isn’t the answer.
